Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation email to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.
We accept VISA, PAYPAL & MasterCard. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, LACQNA automatically cancel your order.
Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
LACQNA holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel LACQNA to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
ONE (1) year from the purchase date. The warranty covers production faults but does not include wear and tear.
Please contact our customer service before you proceed to send/return your order. LACQNA will proceed to instruct you with the specific arrangement and information for the sending. Please note parcel without LACQNA provided information will not be entertained.
The LACQNA warranty does not cover:
• Battery end of life, case, crystal, finishes and plating
• Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, swimming, showering, accidents or normal wear and tear
• Damaged strap by wear & tear
• Discoloration of light colored watches and/or components
The LACQNA warranty does cover:
• Failure of crown
• Hands falling off
• Movement failure (time)
• Battery failure during the first 12 months
• Condensation or flooding when crown is fully in position
The warranty on a watch relates to the movement and not to other parts such as the glass or the strap. Wear traces visible on the strap of a watch, must be considered as normal effects of usage. The effects of perspiration on the strap differ from one person to another, due to the differences in acidity.
LACQNA watches are 3 ATM Water Resistant: this means that the watch is protected against minor splashes of water and NOT waterproof, LACQNA advises against wearing the watch during activities during which the watch can be exposed to more than minor splashes, such as rinsing of the hands or doing dishes. 3 ATM water resistant LACQNA watches cannot be worn during showering, swimming or diving.
Warranty does no longer apply to a LACQNA watch in case a third party performed repair works or other works on the LACQNA watch, without written permission by LACQNA.
Warranties shipping is paid by consumer.
LACQNA offers a 60 days grace period for returns of order from the date of receiving in exchange for a different model or a refund. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Product must NOT be worn and used in any condition during this 60 days grace period. The return policy will be automatically voided if product is worn and used.

Return shipping is paid by the consumer.
If an item is damaged during transport, LACQNA should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.It is important that you as a consumer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to LACQNA should be treated as if they were faultless.
It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults.
LACQNA has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model.
If the item has been discontinued, the consumer will receive a full refund or replacement of a different product at the consumer discretion.
LACQNA handles your personal information in the strictest confidentiality in relation to the processing of personal data for the purposes of handling purchase orders and customer administration.
LACQNA will store the data entered by the buyer in a file. The data will be used for the purpose of fulfilling the buyer's order and will be stored as long as is necessary in order to deal with possible issues regarding the fulfillment of the order. LACQNA guarantees that all personal data will be handled with care. The buyer's personal data will not be shared with any third party, except for purposes of fulfilling the order or for repair purposes. LACQNA is allowed to use the buyer's data to advertise products to the buyer.
You have the right to inspect and correct these data and may oppose their processing for direct marketing purposes by sending an email with the subject as "PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION".
LACQNA has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer.
All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
LACQNA ships worldwide except North Korea and Israel which our delivery partners do not service. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting LACQNA’s customer service. LACQNA will try everything within its capacities to deliver the order within the expected delivery terms, 14 days at the delivery address. The buyer bears the responsibility for the correct input of the delivery address; in case anything goes wrong with the shipment of an order, due to an error in the delivery address (that can be attributed to the buyer), LACQNA cannot be held responsible for the (partial) loss of the shipment. In case LACQNA needs additional information regarding a delivery address, the buyer may be approached by LACQNA in order to provide additional information. A delay in the delivery may occur in case additional information regarding the delivery address is needed.
All mentioned delivery terms (shipping days, delivery time in working days, shipment date etc) on the website should be understood as estimated delivery terms and cannot be understood as final delivery terms or guaranteed delivery terms.
In case the order that has been shipped or is being shipped by LACQNA to the buyer, is missing, went missing, or in case the buyer claims that he/she did not receive the order (despite information such as the track & trace data / carrier information, indicating otherwise), the complaint procedure of the carrier will be started and the outcome of this procedure will be awaited, before any refund or reshipment shall take place. The buyer must fully cooperate with the complaint procedure of the carrier. In case of a shipment that went missing as the result of an error by the carrier (and after the complaint procedure of the carrier has been completed), LACQNA will either refund the customer or LACQNA will try to re-ship the ordered product.
In case a shipment 14 days after the shipment date still has not been delivered at the delivery address of the buyer (or the pick up point), the buyer has the obligation to inform the LACQNA customer care team by email within 14 days (so: ultimately 28 days after the shipment date).
The consumer will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country so please contact the local customs office for further information.
In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with LACQNA by email. If a product has been discontinued LACQNA has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. LACQNA will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent productsif available.
